Prices and discounts
All our tours are operated regardless of the number of participants, including solo travelers.
Enjoy a special group price when you book a tour for four or more people - perfect for families and friends exploring together!
An early booking discount is available for all reservations made and fully paid at least six months in advance.
Seasonal discounts are available on select dates and months; please inquire prior to booking for details.

Booking and Deposit
After finalizing tour details and fixing package price, we will issue a deposit payment ticket to proceed with your booking. The required tour deposit is 20% of the total amount. At the start of the payment process, and prior to entering any credit card information, you will be redirected to our secure online payment provider, who will manage the deposit transaction. Please note that we do not collect or store any financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers.

Payment
The full amount must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. Payment options include:
- credit card / payment ticket,
- bank transfer to our designated account,
- cash upon arrival (an additional discount may be available for cash payments).

Cancellation
Tour package cancellations are accepted solely through submission of a written request. A full refund with no cancellation fees is available for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to departure. Cancellation fees in less than 60 days are: 20% for 59-30 days before departure, 50% for 29-15 days before departure, 70% for 14-7 days, and 100% for 6-1 days prior or no-show.

- Our tours are in highest demand from April to June and from September to October.
Due to limited availability, we strongly recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
- All of our tours are planned and organized well in advance to ensure the highest quality experience for our clients.
As a result, we do not offer last-minute tour packages.
