How to book
In order to check your preferred traveling dates and availability, You can make a no obligation booking request by filling the booking form on this page with all required information (number of travelers, intended travel date, extras...) and will contact you within 24 hours. If you would like to ask or tell us something before you proceed, you can send an enquire.
At this stage, no payment or credit card details are required.

Deposit
As soon we fix all tour details and you are ready to book, we will create a deposit payment ticket for you. Required tour deposit is 20% of the total amount. At the beginning of payment process and before entering any credit card details, you will be redirected to our secure online payment provider who will handle the payment of the deposit. We do not collect any information of financial nature as the card number and/or bank account number.

Payment
The full amount have to be paid not later than 30 days before departure date,
- by credit card and payment ticket
- by bank transfer on our bank account
- cash upon arrival (additional discount may apply).

What's included?

Pick up from any hotel or address within Sofia;
Private transportation with air conditioned comfortable vehicles suited to your group size;
Drop-off at any hotel or address within Tirana;
7 nights accommodation, including hotel taxes and service charges;
Daily buffet breakfast at hotels;
1 x Wine tasting package (3 kind of wines and 3 course traditional lunch at the winery restaurant)
Services of an English speaking driver and local host for the whole tour (for parties up to 3 persons guide will be a driver as well)
Private guided tours- half day Sofia, full day to Kosovo, half day Ohrid, half day Tirana, including inside visits as described in the itinerary;
Admission fees where applicable.
1 bottle of water per person / per day complementary.

Exclusions

Pre or post tour accommodation and airport transfer(s) - on your own.
Accommodation in Single room with supplement of € 240 per person (on request, to be required and paid during the booking process - included in the price for solo travelers)
Dinner x 7 when minimum 3 persons on tour with supplement of € 187 per person (on request, to be required and paid during the booking process)
Any other meal (lunch or dinner)
Gratuities for the driver/guide (not obligatory)
